Ahoy Shipmates,

Well the process is started. The reunion will be from Sept. 30th to Oct. 4th we can add another day if you would like.
The hotel is named Best Western Lake Buena Vista. Please open the attachment and review the pricing for the rooms.
You will also need to select a type of buffet for the final dinner. You may base it on food type or price or both, however majority rules.

I will gather all the info and figure out which way we will go. We will have a suite that we can use for gathering together for drinks and telling war stories and the first night we will give out some things. Like hats and shirts and area info.
Remember you can get a "boat load " of info on line about Orlando. You will need to buy a 2 day pass for Disney World for the group but, you can add more days if you plan on staying longer. The passes will go through me I believe. You will need to buy the breakfast buffet coupon for $10.00 per day for 4 days or for as many days as you want to eat breakfast at the hotel. They have a real nice set up and it should be enjoyable. Remember the prices quoted do not include taxes or gratuities. There may also be some service charges such as a bar tender if we decide on an open bar. This worked out real well at the last reunion.

We will require a $100.00 deposit and I will take payments as long as you are paid by the end of August. The rooms will be blocked but it will be up to each individual to make the reservation and payment for the rooms and breakfast,

The preliminary itinerary will be:

Day 1 - Check in Sunday. Meet and greet at the suite.

Day 2 - Epcot in Disney World. Lunch on your own with dinner to be determined. A special fireworks display at 9.pm with a dessert buffet. Meet back at the suite.

Day 3 - The Magic Kingdom lunch on your own, dinner to be determined. Fire works at 10 pm. Meet back at the suite.

Day 4 - On your own for the day. Maybe Seaworld or Universal Studios the Kennedy Space Center or 100's of other thing to do. We will then meet back at the hotel for the final dinner.

Final breakfast and check out on Thursday.
